dimmer viewfinder and 3 fps and such but has anyone sent there D70s... Those problems in the D70 were related to some bad parts, which can happen to the D70, D70s, or D2X, etc....

The firmware update for the D70 will make it behave like a D70s (other than the physical differences of course).... The only thing making the D70s attractive to me is the wired remote option and possible vertical grip....
